old fogey needs help-lol

Being a senior citizen I have trouble typing. I would like to install voice 
software to type my OO text documents. I have searched all the forums and 
nothing posted since 2011. I am using windows and downloaded OO4.1.1. I run win 
10 and it has Cortana. Since I am computer limited, speak plain with links and 
detailed instructions. I sure hope you can help me. Dragon is kind of expensive 
and I don't know if it would work anyway, Thanks: George M.
