I tried to move to V412 from V411. During the operation I was advised to 
send a cell message to 81185 and then to 83020. After that I was billed 
18 EUR to pay immediatly !  so far Open Office was free !
in addition to that I was not advised that these phone numbers were not 
free !
What does it mean ?
Give me please explanation
