Hi Dave,
Reason for the block are the tracking and snooping javascripts
that sourceforge and almost ALL other websites send to the browser.
Without these add-ons we remain defenseless against such intrusions.
Firefox developers are just as guilty for not examining the javascripts
to see if they infringe on user's privacy.

I click the download button, and nothing happens.....waited 5 minutes.
Then tried clicking on 'direct link' and nothing happens......waited 5
minutes.
Are you have problems, or am I doing something wrong? Thanks, Larry
Hi Larry,
Your email header suggests that you are using a version of Windows. Do
you have anti-malware software or browser add-in installed? In the past
there were some issues with SourceForge (who provide the official
installation files). These issues have since been resolved, but some
anti-malware utilities (eg. Ublock Origin Firefox browser add-on) are
still blocking SourceForge.
Suggest you check your anti-malware settings to ensure SourceForge is
not being blocked and try downloading again.
Note: When your browser is redirected to SourceForge watch the short
download timer countdown and during that countdown do NOT click on
anything else that suggests a download link.
Since you are not subscribed to this mailing list I am cc'ing you with
my reply, please reply only to users@openoffice.apache.org so that other

Dave
