I guess I don't know where to find the installer. What I meant to say is that
when I search on my computer, all that comes up is a shortcut "Get
OpenOffice.org" which leads back to the website.

I searched and found the installer in my list of programs, in the uninstall
list (control panel), and the only option it gives me there is to uninstall it.
I don't know where to find it to actually run it. On the uninstall list, it
says it was installed in 2008.
Thanks, Sarah

After you downloaded OpenOffice, did you run the installer?
