I am having trouble printing an envelope. I have an HP LaserJet Pro 400 M351-M451 PCL 6. In the past, envelopes would print out with no problem. Recently, I send the PRINT command to the printer to have an envelope printed, and the printer will not pick up the #10 envelope from the manual feed tray and run it thru for printing. Instead, the printer will pick up a clean sheet of paper and print out on the clean sheet of paper what should have printed out on the envelope. I have tried updating the drivers. I have re-installed the HP Printer driver from the CD that came with the printer. I have tried to correct the “pick-up” problem by using the various features that comes with the Apache OpenOffice program, i.e. use of the “Envelope” category under the “Insert” window. I have tried to correct the “pick-up” problem from use of the “properties” feature under the “PRINT” category, but nothing works to correct the problem of NOT picking up the envelope from the manual feed tray to print on an envelope. The iYOGI people said it was a “driver” problem, and they tried to fix it, but they were unable to fix the problem. Any Ideas...???
