Sorry to hear that your computer is infected with malware, could you ask your investigator to supply some evidence and how he reached the conclusion that the malware is related to the download of OpenOffice?
Please remove this program from my computer.
How do you suppose we can remove malware from your computer if we don't have access to yuor computer?
