Number Format: Degrees

Would it be possible to add Degrees as a number format? It seems that this  
should be a standard format, even if rarely used. I am building some  
tables for use in astronomy. I tried using time, but degrees go past 23.  
OpenOffice will not allow mixing 00 with mm. I tried 00\° 00\' 00\" but  
then I have to figure out the exact decimal equivalent for the number to  
come out correctly. I looked for an extension and found nothing useful.
