It happens from time to time that there are delivery issues with some messages (classic examples: mailbox full, or message rejected since it was considered spam). At times they are even false positives, i.e., the mailing list will believe it couldn't deliver a message to your mailbox while it was simply delayed (so you receive it anyway). You are then notified that some messages were not delivered to you.
If this is occasional, you can simply ignore it. But if you receive one of these warnings you can check that you didn't miss anything by looking at the archives: http://markmail.org/search/?q=list%3Aorg.apache.incubator.ooo-users
