updates

[WHEELSPNR]

I'm currently using 3.0 ...... if I download the newest  version, will it 
overwrite what I have now or should I delete 3.0 and start over  with the 
newest version?
 
I'm not very computer savvy so I thought I'd ask before doing  anything.
