Hi, I put to download Open Office and it downloads and installs almost all the way until I get a message saying to close out programs with the 3.4.1. version first. Now, I didn't have any programs open and tried again and I got the same message. I then uninstalled the older version of my laptop and I am STILL getting this message. I have no idea what to do, please get back to me and help because I need Open Office to get back to working on homework and assignments for college.
