Here it is clear that the poster by "Apache" meant "Apache OpenOffice", but, just for nitpicking, Apache is not (well, no longer) the name of a web server. Apache is a Foundation producing software for the public good. Two of its 150 top-level projects are the HTTP server (known as "Apache" back in the Nineties and, colloquially, to this day, but it is a legacy naming) and OpenOffice.
