Rita, What does "Does not work" mean? Are you getting an error message or does nothing happen?
What operating system are you using? Where are you trying to download the update from? Please respond to the users list so that all of us can assist you. Since you are not subscribed to the users list you may miss responses. Plain text emails are preferred on the users list.
