Go to Tools | AutoCorrect Options... | Options and remove the tick from URL Recognition.
Note also that you can remove the hyperlinks from existing entries by first selecting the cell, rage of cells, entire column, or whatever and then going to Format | Default Formatting (or right-click | Default Formatting or Ctrl+M).
