Hi. I have an HP 5560 printer, not really relevant, but when trying to print from O/office it omits the number 1 and also lower case l (L) I have tried printing from notebook etc without problems also using Open Office calc the program will not print the information entered on the documents.
Is there anything you can tell me please? I have scoured the sites for information but cannot solve the issue. Help Please Regards Barrie
