Addie, Those features, and other menu elements, are context aware. Wrap,
Anchor, Arrange, and Alignment are for controlling how objects (e.g. -
pictures in various formats, charts, etc) interact with text. Insert a
picture into your document, select it, then check those menus again. You
should see choices can now be made from those menus.

It's similar to "File | Save". Edit your file and save it, either using the
menu or the floppy disc icon. Once saved the "File | Save" option on the
menu and the floppy disk icon are no longer highlighted. Edit the document
and they are available again.

For another example look in your Edit menu when you have nothing selected.
The Cut and Copy options will not be available. Nothing selected means
nothing to cut or copy so menu option for the operation is not available.
