1. When I start OO I see a popup window telling me that updates for extensions are available - click here, but just as I click there, the popup vanishes and nothing happens.
2. Put together a 5 slide presentation, went to print it as a handout, and no matter what template I pick, nothing shows up. If I select print, it brings up the first slide as a preview.
