How to open attachment sent with Microsoft Office 2010

I received an email prepared with using Microsoft Office 2010 of which I don’t 
have I have Open Office, your program with the updates.  How can I use your 
program to open an attachment sent to me that used Microsoft Office 2010?  
Frustrated!!
