You're right, I copied the configuration from the IDE.  Removing the reference 
to the javaagent resolved the issue.

I assume you copied this configuration from the IDE into your
application configuration?  It shouldn't be picked up by default.

Ideally this could be opted into by including o.n.agent.  It doesn't
look like the o.n.agent module NBM is actually usable though - it
seems to be missing the agent itself?
