I was working on an old Java project using Ant and found it using an out
of date library jar file. I need to replace that with the correct
version with the same name but from a different location. It seems that
Netbeans will not let me do that. The remove option is disabled for the
library. Edit seems to change it but the old one is still there. I seem
to remember having this same problem a couple of years ago with Netbeans
12. Is there any other way to remove that library and replace it?
All settings are stored in the `nbproject/project.properties`.
There should be some `reference.*` entries for your library.
