Thanks.  That seemed to fix the issue with 3rd party library Javadocs, but 
calling Show Javadoc for a Java API just takes me to: 
https://docs.oracle.com/en/java/javase/17/docs/api/index.html Previously it 
used to take me to the actual Javadoc page. Is there a fix for that?
