If you don't want Ant, then I guess create an empty project and copy sources in is the way? Of course, depends if you want any of those 3 build systems at all! I've been toying with the idea of a configuration only Java project, which I don't think we have a way to do? ie. XML file + UI for configuring folders and matching actions to process calls - mainly because I want to play around with Bach in NetBeans.
