I think it would be helpful for any body following this thread to know that if he changed jdk to earlier version then it would have identified whether the bugs was due to jdk 15 or not. He didn't do that.
The only information provide was jdk version and linux version. I found that the bugs were not due to jdk15 because I have tested netbeans IDE against jdk 15. Not to be confused with development jdk.
