I came across this problem many years ago. It was mentioned in my computing course text book called Object Orientated Programming using C++ by Grady Booch. He said "Industrial Strength Software is beyond the intellect of a developer" hence you can create only one project which is adequate for a student project or a HOW-TO Video but will not do for commercial use.
