I am trying to run NB 11.2 on Oracle JDK 13.0.2 on Dell Win10. It hangs 90% of the time just when I start it, during the project background scan. Progress bar shows sometime 2% and sometime goes up to 94%, but hangs anyway. I tried to get the thread dump, but Ctrl/Break on the console does not produce anything. Can someone advise? I didn't have these problems with 11.2 on Java 8.
