BTW, the certificate looks good on the site

So you might be running into
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ca-certificates/+bug/1795242
which is about DigiCert SHA2 Secure Server CA.

What does Firefox specifically say?

I'm not entirely certain. I think it's a module fragment in 11.2 and I didn't 
look into it yet. Honestly it might be easier for me to just recompile this or 
change the module fragment header URL to use

Any log would be in the standard NetBeans messages.log
