I think some of this stuff is pretty easy to support, once the question/situation is understood. On the other hand, there is great value in figuring things out as we all may learn a bit differently. With respect to the issues on finding and installing the correct Java on any given platform, surely we can assist and document that. We had a long thread about installers (perhaps more than one) and this is the type of situation I was hoping we might avoid. In the end, we're human and we can always do just a bit better with some effort (and positivity).
