Well it is not easy to say, though:
Minimum: 4 Gb RAM, 2 Core CPU, HDD. ~1 Gb free space
Recommended: 8Gb RAM, 4 Core CPU, SSD/NVMe Drive
On the OS side:
Minimum: MS Windows
Recommended: Linux, MacOS
