Hi, Check /tmp and project directory if there are broken links. If so, delete them.
If you use Gradle, the problem will return. I use netbeans 10 under linux in netbeans.conf I only modified netbeans_jdkhome for netbeans_jdkhome="/usr/java/jdk1.8.0_131" For a small spring boot application, whithout start it, cpu go to 300% after a few minutes using netbeans.
