Another NetBeans SVN user here.
I suspect removing support for it would be a foot shooting exercise.
BTW, I can host a remote test SVN repo if anyone would find that helpful.

You can remove cvs, just checked, it was removed in 7.1 RC1. I

None of the NetCAT 9.0 Version Control tribe members have access
to CVS or SVN repositories to test against, that's why we're
looking for volunteers.
