I’ve now heard from several people who’re concerned they’re not skilled enough to participate in NetCAT. Please put that concern aside. You’ll join a NetCAT tribe, based on your feature of choice in NetBeans, and the tribe leader will guide you through the process. It’s really not rocket science and you’ll be surprised how useful your feedback will be.
