Someone posted opening javadocs not working for them with the dev build
on windows ten I think, I mistakenly deleted the post. Geertjan posted
they work on Mac. For what it's worth they are working here o Ubuntu
14.04 also. I had to add the URL
https://docs.oracle.com/javase/9/docs/api/ in the JDK platform manager
but they open okay in Firefox.
