The "no dd for=WEB-INF/webservices.xml" is a bug, it's a forgotten System.out.

Glad to hear your problem was resolved by switching to GF2. You might
also want to try to switch to netbeans 6.0 miletones or (upcoming)
beta1. The maven support present at the default Netbeans update
centers has many issues resolved (compared to the code that works
against 5.5)
