Customizing Run/Debug Configurations Via IDEA Plugin

Is it possible to use the IDEA plugin to configure Run/Debug
configurations?
 
Whenever I start a project, I have to create a new "Remote" server for
my local OC4J configuration, set -Xdebug, etc.
