marouane - try the following: mvn eclipse:clean eclipse:eclipse
then right-click the project in eclipse and choose refresh (or F5). running the mvn commands re-generates the .classpath, .project, and .settings files in the project dir, but eclipse does not scan for changes, so you have to force a refresh each time in the IDE.
