Good day, After a quick browse to [1], [2], [3], [4], and [5] - I think they are compiled all at once. I think it's like doing
javac -classpath <source locations> ... If you want to do one java on each source location, you may have to run the maven-compiler-plugin and provide each their own classpath via the compiler arguments ( see [6] and [7] ).
