The differences between yours and mine are:
group id is "gr.spinellis"
artifact id is "UmlGraph"
version is 4.6
While I use Maven 1 and you 2, I am unsure of the effect of capitalization.
Additionally, I know 4.6 and that group id works, perhaps you should try making
that work first.
