CARGO-349 would ideally be the way to go, but as you noticed it's
still work-in-progress. I made some headway with this a while back,
and hope to have some time allocated in the near-future to finish it
off. In the meantime, perhaps writing a maven-derby-plugin along the
same lines as the hsqldb version would be the best.
