unique version for the addition of a timestamp to your artifact jar

-repo element is for non snapshot releases
-snapshot element is for snapshot releases

The chosen repo when you deploy depends on the version
if you declare "-SNAPSOT" behing your version you
select the snapshot repo otherwise it is a normal release
