Ok. Thanx! Now I'm able to add it as a required plug-in in an RCP project. But I'm still not able to list its exported package when clicking "Add.." in "Imported Packages" in the RCP project.
You might be better off asking this on the Eclipse list since it is probably not a maven specific issue, especially if the plugin is visible from "reload" on your target. However, have you tried the Right click on the project in Package Explorer -> PDE -> Update Classpath?
