It was for maven1. I would move to maven 2 however that doesn't look possible at the time in our organization.

If so, can you post here the plugin configuration of your changelog plugin found in your pom? Furthermore, you may want to take a look at [1]. It is the latest version of the changelot plugin, and it is still being reviewed. If you have any comments abou it, please feel free to let us know about it so that we can improve the documentation.
