No one must have made an upload bundle for it yet.
That's part of the springmodules project issuppose?
It's best to ask on the user forum of the springmodules, or just make on yourself (see guide uploading to ibiblio).


Spring itself is going to go maven (see Ben Hale's blog) and some of it's subprojects already do, but it could take a good while before springmodules's validator follows suit.
