Have a look at the maven-assembly-plugin. It basically does what you're looking for.
http://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-assembly-plugin/predefined.html The jar-with-dependencies descriptor creates a single big jar with all of your dependencies. If you only want your own jars bundled together, I guess you should put the scope provided for any other jar on your depending upon. Cheers. Denis.
