Re: configure compiler plugin to use JDK1.3 rt.jar

Isn't there anyone that knows what's behind the "localRepository" property ?
I've tried ${localRepository}/x/y/z and gets
{bootclasspath=[local] -> 
file://D:/maven/M2repository/com/sun/rt/1.3.1_08/rt.jar}

I've then searched into maven2 sources and tried 
${localRepository.location}, ${localrepository.basedir} but allways get
{bootclasspath=null/com/sun/rt/1.3.1_08/rt.jar}

Any suggestion, please ?

Iv' tried :

     <compilerArguments>
         <bootclasspath>
                   ${localRepository}/com/sun/rt/1.3.1_08/rt.jar
         </bootclasspath>
     </compilerArguments>

And other solutions but I can't set the expected bootclasspath :
