Nidhi, It seems that you are getting confused between maven and proximity.

Hi Nidhi, you just have to run that command to create the project. Also try to run the command "mvn install". There is no need to download the plugin separately. When you write that in your pom.xml (in this case, in your command), it gets downloaded in your local repository from the central repository.
