The profile must be define in ~/.m2/settings.xml or is the continuum settings.xml. You'll get the
path of settings.xml files in your continuum logs.
Continuum don't use settings.xml from maven conf dir.

The profile listed is defined in the settings.xml in the maven distribution
(conf directory) and is activated in the settings.xml itself. This is the
maven installation on the continuum servers.
We run continuum also with a -P continuum to activate another profile that
contains the location for the site to be published.
