Hi there, I've just tried to use the lovely new release plugin, but discovered I can't due to be reliant on SNAPSHOT dependencies. Normally I'd agree this is a bad thing, but the dependency in question is a build extension - a locally hosted patched wagon webdav, until WAGON-48 is fixed.
So the question is: do you think it's reasonable to request mojo params to bypass specific phases of the release workflow?
