OS: WindowsXP (SP2) Java: 1.4.2_10 maven-2.0.4 with the corresponding maven-release-plugin 2.0-beta3 CVS: as pserver on Solaris9(? i think, solaris version 9 is correct) Hope, that this problem will be solved soon, because it could be a blocker for migrating from maven1.x to maven2.
