Nope, I have encoding set to UTF-8 in pom xml prolog. It must be
something with Velocity I guess. The HTML rendering engine is correctly
setting the<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" /> in generated doc pages, but the content is screwed before.UTF-8 is the default XML files encoding, just in case I explicitly declared it in both pom and xdoc xml files.
