Maybe they committed (parts of) their target directory to subversion?
That's of course a bad idea, the target directory should be in the property svn:ignore of it's parent directory.

Hi people, i have this problem: when i compile a project using m2, the
created jar include the svn subdirectories and files (.svn, entries,
format, etc) What can i do to generate the jar without this files? I
think is a config problem. By the way, i'm new in this list and try to
search previous mails but did not found anything. Thanks in advance.

The .svn files are excluded and do not show up in JAR files produced by Maven. You would have to show us what your project tree looks like. Can't think of why the entries might be showing up.
