Unfortunately no :-( We are very few to work on it and we don't have a lot of free time to spend on it. We have a lot of plugins to release and some important bugs in the core. For example we have MAVEN-1691 which is certainly related to Jelly. Thus we'll need to fix them in Jelly before to be able to release the beta 3.
